Welcome to Big Ring Racing and DeWalt Cycling Team

For 2008, Big Ring Racing has developed an elite team of experienced Master's racers. In addition to a core group from our 2007 team, we recruited some very strong riders to round out our Sponsored Team. The 15 member team consists of two new riders who are Cat 1-2 racers with International and Professional racing experience. The remainder of the members are strong Cat 1/2 and 3s with State Championships behind them many of whom have goals of upgrading before the end of the 2008 season. We also carry forward a very strong women's team. The women have a strong core of Cat 1 women who have been racing together for many years. They have also added a couple of strong up and comers who will likely join the elite ranks very soon.

We have also created a Club Team for riders/racers as well as a very strong Junior Team, who will not have the same schedule commitments but will represent our sponsors in support of the entire organization. Our Club Team will develop younger and new racers to become the future of the sponsored team. We are very fortunate to have Donny Carrol managing our Junior program, imparting a wealth of cycling knowledge to our younger riders..
